Job Summary:
We are a property developer based in Rossendale specialising in the conversion of residential properties into first-class HMOs.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients
- Handle customer enquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide reports to management
- Find suitable properties to convert
- Provide proposed drawings for properties ( training will be given)

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in clerical duties and office management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Estate agency experience an advantage
