An exciting opportunity has arisen to join High Point Academy. We are looking for a vibrant, kind, caring and exceptional Administration Assistant to join our team.

Our educates secondary school pupils with a diagnosis of autism and moderate learning difficulties. Our school is part of Forward Education Trust which was established in 2017 serving special schools across the West Midlands area.

Working with our small friendly school office team offers an exciting range of challenges, you are at the centre of the efficient working of our school, working directly with our most important stakeholders - our children, their families, and our staff. You will have a direct impact on helping to ensure our school remains successful in the care and education of our children.

Key responsibilities will include:
Providing an efficient and effective administrative service to the school

Providing excellent reception and switchboard support to the school

Administration of pupil records including pupil attendance and dinners

Supporting with financial administration including raising purchase orders and administering online parent payments
