About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Morgan Parkes Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including processing fees and commission payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling fee and commission statements ready for payment
- Processing and recording payments
- Organizing review meetings - booking the boardroom, arrange catering, prepare agendas
- Taking inbound calls and assisting with general enquiries
- Making outbound calls as necessary
- Accurately processing, creating and recording invoices when requested
- Undertaking general administrative tasks within the office
Requirements:
- Experience in an administration role
- IT literate and competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Team player and flexible
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to manage time particularly when working under time pressures
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £23,000 plus excellent benefits.
