**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the cafxe9, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Train and develop team members on proper food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and company policies.
- Create weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting of sales.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about different cuisines.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel operations is an asset.
- Proven track record in supervising staff and managing daily operations.
