Work Schedule

Compensation
The annual salary for this role is £22,698.

Contract Duration
This is a fixed-term role until October 2025.

Work Environment
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be based at a historic estate featuring beautiful landscapes and various dining options. The environment is vibrant and requires adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing daily support to your team to ensure excellent service.
  • Engaging with customers and serving food and beverages.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy in displays.
  • Assisting the kitchen team as needed.
  • Overseeing the training and induction of new team members.
