Culinary Services Supervisor

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is £22,698.
Contract Duration
This is a fixed-term role until October 2025.

Work Environment
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be based at a historic estate featuring beautiful landscapes and various dining options. The environment is vibrant and requires adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily support to your team to ensure excellent service.
- Engaging with customers and serving food and beverages.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy in displays.
- Assisting the kitchen team as needed.
- Overseeing the training and induction of new team members.
