Job Duties

1. Lead by example, fostering positive interpersonal relationships and enhancing staff morale.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner on the relevant part of the NMC/Health Care Professions Council register.
  • Completion of a mentorship preparation program or equivalent.

Experience

  • Substantial experience at Band 5, with some experience in a relevant specialty.
  • Experience in managing and leading a clinical environment.
