Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is £22,698.
Contract Duration
This is a fixed-term position lasting until 31st October 2025.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be part of a vibrant team at a historic estate, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and unique architecture. The estate features various dining options, providing a lively atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily support to your team to ensure exceptional service.
- Engaging with customers and serving food and beverages.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy in displays.
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
- Overseeing the training and induction of new team members.
