Working Hours
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation
The annual salary for this role is £22,698.

Role Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will provide daily guidance to your team, ensuring that exceptional service is delivered consistently to all café patrons. This role demands adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential.

Utilizing your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing. Additionally, you may assist the kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.

You will also oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests.
