Administration Assistant

**We are a growing PA company based in York looking for a home-based Administration Assistant who will support us with our growing list of customer tasks.**
**Your main job duties will include**:
- Varied administration for a number of different clients
- Dealing with clients’ customer enquiries
- Arranging venues for client events
- Liaising with clients for information
- Uploading social media posts
- Dealing with various clients’ own systems to carry out various tasks
- Managing client diaries and appointments
**Your key qualities**:
- A sense of urgency
- Excellent written English skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Team player
- Enjoys a challenge
- Works well without supervision
- Customer focussed
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
