Office Administration Assistant

At Total Training Provision, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in business administration.
About the RoleAs an Office Administration Assistant, you will play a vital part in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our teams
- Handling general office duties, such as filing and document management
- Assisting with scanning, distribution, and franking of post
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages where required
- Welcoming clients and handling reception duties
You will be working closely with our experienced administration team and contributing to the daily operations of the company.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound planning and organisation skills
- Effective team player
- Self-motivated
- Microsoft Office knowledge (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary of £6.40 per hour, plus benefits including company pension, 25 days holiday per year, sick pay, free parking, and good transport links.
