Office Administrative Assistant

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Managing and processing Purchase Orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinating hotel bookings for employees and visitors as required.
- Booking vehicle servicing and MOTs for company vehicles.
- Handling course bookings for employees, including arranging logistics and managing attendance records.
- Providing general administrative support to the office team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be advantageous.
