**JOB TITLE: QUALITY COORDINATOR**

**LOCATION: KING’S LYNN (WITH TRAVEL TO OTHER CAMPUSES)**

**HOURS: 37 PER WEEK**

**SALARY: £32,274 - £33,559 PER ANNUM (INCLUSIVE OF A RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION PREMIUM OF £6,777 (REVIEWED ANNUALLY))**

CWA prides itself on its commitment to continually improve the quality of the services and provision it offers to our communities. This is a key role ensuring that the Quality Department maintains required records, undertake audits and act as a point of contact with external bodies such as awarding organisations.

The successful post holder will work closely with the Head of Learning Improvement for reporting on outcomes and other data. In addition this role works closely with learners through focus groups and advice, guidance and training of the wider CWA staff community.

This role includes significant administrative tasks, and the ability to prioritise and organise your workload is essential. Whether you’ve worked in further education before or not your administrative skills are paramount; full training and support will be provided through a comprehensive induction programme.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Quality team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
