The post holder will provide a modern, efficient and reliable administrative and secretarial service to the Acute Hospital Collaborative across the three acute sites (QEH, NNUH and JPUH) to ensure that the Trusts have sound systems, and processes in place to proactively manage all aspects joint procedural document development, alignment and governance.

They will be an effective coordinator for all issues relating to the working of the Joint Procedural Document Alignment Group. They will ensure that information is communicated clearly and in a timely fashion in the development, coordination, and management of key areas in respect of collaborative working.

To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial, clerical and administrative functions to the Acute Hospital Collaborative Governance Lead.

To respond to complex enquiries, providing routine and non-routine information to staff of all levels relating to collaboration queries

To develop, implement and maintain office systems to enable collaboration to operate smoothly and effectively, this will include developing and maintaining databases and office procedures.

To produce accurate letters, agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations as required

To proactively manage electronic diary schedules for the Acute Hospital Collaborative Governance Lead as required; making amendments and rescheduling as required in response to competing priories and demands.

To ensure robust systems are in place for efficient filing and secure storage of relevant documentation.

To set up and maintain a range of electronic register to assist the Acute Hospital Collaborative Governance Lead in the preparation of reports.
