We have a team of activities coordinators looking after multiple residents in several communities. It’s a busy role. You need to be highly organised with good time management skills. A caring and compassionate nature is essential.

**An Athena Activities Assistant would be responsible for**:

- Providing a high level of quality activities for our residents.
- Always promoting dignity and respect.
- Enabling as much independence as possible.
- Working to the wishes of our residents and ensuring choice is offered.
- Accurately and comprehensively recording all activities completed.
- Engaging with residents in meaningful conversation.
- Reporting any concerns to line manager.
- Responding to residents needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Working to the Athena Visions & Values.

**No experience necessary as full training will be given.**
- We also offer opportunities to develop your career, including NVQ at all levels.
- Training courses available in addition to mandatory training.
