We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Socialisation and Activity Coordinator.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with clients, planning and coordinating social activities that cater to their interests and needs. You will transport clients to events, attend medical appointments, and provide personal care when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. You should also own a vehicle with business insurance and a mid-range SUV capable of accommodating a fold-up wheelchair.

Benefits and Requirements:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14, reimbursement for agreed expenses, and mandatory care training courses. A satisfactory DBS check is also required, which will be covered by the employer.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £29,184, based on a 10-hour workweek and £14 per hour pay rate.
