**Job Description:** Waste Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waste Management Supervisor to join our team at Axil Integrated Services Limited. As a Waste Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of site operatives to ensure that all waste management operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site operatives to ensure high levels of health and safety
  • Monitor and report on site performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer service levels
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and support to site operatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track site performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the waste management industry
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:** £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
