**Job Overview**:
You will support and train users in their day-to-day interactions, and working closely with Arm's IT function, take an active role in assessing, crafting and delivering Salesforce solutions and integrations to support business needs. You will work as part of a diverse, global facing team of Salesforce Administrators and Sales Operations Specialists delivering new features and functionality to maximize our use of Salesforce, improve colleagues user experience, and drive better insights for the Sales Leadership Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Salesforce Platform team to develop configurations, flow improvements, and release through Copado
- Support Arm Commercial functions with Salesforce CRM
- Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide timely resolution, passing onto technical authorities as required
- Help maintain and develop user training material
- Attend daily and weekly meetings supporting Sprint planning and execution. Attend Quarterly Planning events to help map feature developments to sprints
- Assist in performing and conducting functional testing

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience of Salesforce covering Sales Cloud and gained in a similar role

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Einstein experience
- Experience of working with Copado
