As a rapidly growing provider specializing in Accommodation & Support for young people, we are excited to welcome an Administrator to join our Accommodation Team.

Based at Queen Anne House in the heart of Cambridge near Parkers Piece, our location is easily accessible via public transport, and we also offer free onsite car parking for those who drive.

**Job Role**:
In this role, you'll be providing vital support to residents, particularly young people aged 16-25, assisting them in accessing information and advice on rent processes and financial support. Your responsibilities will include managing rent records, monitoring payments, communicating with residents regarding rent issues, and collaborating with the accommodation team to address arrears. Additionally, you'll liaise with external entities such as the Housing Benefit Department and Social Care teams to ensure accurate receipt of funds and address inquiries.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Alignment with the Mission, Vision, and Values of YMCA Trinity Group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, especially Outlook and Excel, as well as experience with cloud-based databases like Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a genuine interest in working with numerical data.
- Understanding of partnership working with external agencies is desirable.
- A good level of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths at a grade C or above.
- High levels of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
- Good organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative, and prioritize tasks within a busy working environment.

**Days and Hours**:
This is a part-time role with a contracted commitment of 12 - 20 hours per week. Your working hours will be flexible, ranging from 7 am to 7 pm. Specific shifts, durations, and days will be agreed upon with your line manager.

**Salary and Benefits**:
You'll receive £11.44 per hour along with several additional benefits, including:

- 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance (Pro-rata)
