Accommodation Advisor wanted for an exciting opportunity
**Location**: Cambridgeshire
**Length**: 12 month contract
**Hours**: Part time (14.5 hours per week)
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the accommodation to its maximum potential
- Interpreting and implementing housing legislation and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements
- Providing advice and assistance to tenants and applicants as appropriate
- Investigating and responding to tenant complaints
- Undertake financial and other audit checks monthly
- Inspecting properties both prior to, during and at the end of tenancy agreements
Requirements**:
- Experience dealing with accommodation, lettings or rentals
- Excellent knowledge of Administration and IT systems (Microsoft Office)
