We are a rapidly growing provider, specialising in providing Accommodation & Support for young people. We are recruiting for an Administrator to join the Accommodation Team.

This role can be based at either our Cambridge or Ipswich Offices, which are conveniently located as follows.

**Queen Ann House, Gonville Place, Cambridge CB1 1ND** is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece (easy to get to via public transport). If you travel by car, we have free onsite car parking too.

**2 Wellington Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP 2NU **our Wellington Street office is also easy to get to, with free onsite parking.

**Job Role **You will support our accommodation teams by being a first point of contact for residents to provide them with information and advice on rent processes and accessing financial support available to people aged 16-25 years old.

As Accommodation Administrator you are responsible for the recording, monitoring, and amending of all records related to the rent charges and payments on housing databases. Tasks include monitoring weekly rent payments, sending appropriate letters to residents and working with the accommodation team to ensure arrears actions are taken at the correct time. You will maintain rent accounts, ensuring beds space rates are accurate and any fluctuations in room rates are reflected.

In addition, you will work to resolve queries with the Housing Benefit Department and Social Care teams, ensuring the correct monies are received. You will also support our own finance team with recording, reconciling and monitoring payments.

- A good understanding of 'partnership' working with external agencies is desirable
- A good level of education (Including GCSE’s in English and Maths, equivalent to C or above)

**Days and hours** Role can be worked **either part time or full time**, you will be contracted to work 20 hours per week minimum, or up to 40 hours per week dependant on your availability, please contact us to discuss.

Your hours will be worked Monday to Friday, usually between 8.30am-5.00pm as agreed with your line manager. Some flexibility is required to support and train the accommodation team.

**Salary and Benefits **£10.42 per hour. Additional benefits we offer include.
