Business Support Administrator

**Location**: Central Cambridge, 4 days in the office
**12 months FTC**
We are looking for a highly organised individual to support a team of consultants on the day-to-day running of our business, as well as the smooth running of our central office. We are a thriving organisation, advising our clients on how to reduce their impact on nature. This role offers an opportunity to work in nature sustainability at a pivotal time, with a great team of people.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to the team such as formatting documents, creating minutes and presentations.
- Supporting the running of the Cambridge office, setting up meetings and events
- Managing office correspondence
- Managing enquiries on our CRM system, Salesforce
- Managing travel booking and travel risk assessments for Consultants, escalating as necessary.
- Health and safety point person when in the office
- Salesforce and Certinia technical support (training provided)
- Support resourcing for opportunities and projects on Certinia
- SharePoint filing and housekeeping
- Zotero file storage management
- Attend weekly sector/team meetings and take actions as necessary
- Onboarding on clients' systems and proposal submissions
- Purchases for the company in line with our procurement policy
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to represent TBC professionally at all times
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent/advanced Microsoft office skills, SharePoint and Teams experience
- Communication skills
- Flexible approach, resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Solutions-focussed approach
- A great team player and autonomous, where necessary
- Adaptable and proactive with ad hoc requests
