**MY World leading Cambridge based Client are looking for a Superb Compliance Administrator **

The Compliance Administrator provides administrative support to the Regulation and Business Performance Directorate (RBP).In addition to supporting the administration requirements of the Directorate the Compliance Administrator will be part of the ComplianceTeam and will be involved with supporting the complaints, malpractice, appeals, special consideration and access arrangements processes.

**The Role**

**Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support for RBP teams
- Support managers through scheduling and booking meetings (diary management)
- Take notes at meetings
- Collate internal responses to external consultations
- Manage the post received on a day-to-day basis

**OCR's Complaints Process**
- Assist in the logging of complaints
- Assist in the management of the mailbox
- Update and maintain logs, electronic and paper records and files

**Malpractice**
- Log malpractice cases received, update and maintain logs, electronic and paper records and files.
- Chase centres for responses to malpractice investigations
- Collate malpractice papers for the Malpractice Committee
- Monitor social media platforms during exam times to check for potential security breaches

**Special Consideration and Access Arrangements**
- Process access arrangements

**About you**

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE English and Maths, Grade C or above (or equivalent)

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and with different teams

Experience
- Significant experience in supporting the administrative needs of a large organisation
- Minute taking for high level meetings
- Working in a busy and varied office environment
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
- Working to tight deadlines
- Working with all main Microsoft programmes
