**Role Summary**

To offer administrative and coordination support to the Compliance Manager, in Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Administration to meet the attainment of ISO9001:2015 & 14001:2015 Certification
- Take part in Management Review meetings
- Obtain environmental data and update to support management systems
- Report environmental data to Regulators, as requested
- Monitor any new legislation on the legal register portal and communicate to management when applicable
- Schedule training and refresher training for employees, update training matrix and maintain details
- Manage the stock control and ordering of PPE on a monthly basis
- Support with delivery of new starter inductions
- Monitor visitor inductions
- Obtain and update KPI report spreadsheet for Compliance on a monthly basis for senior management review
- Chase suppliers for certificates/documents, maintaining supplier approval spreadsheet
- Complete PPQ questionnaire for suppliers as required
- Analyse update on maintenance data, Job cards/defects root cause and assist in solutions
- Maintain & update Asset Register
- Monitor Calibration & Certification of LOLER equipment
- Support the Compliance Manager with administration activities, where needed, in regards to External audits, health and safety and environmental issues
- Maintain the permit to work spreadsheet
- Assist with accident and incident investigations
- Conduct internal audits, reporting any non-conformances to staff
- Work with Compliance Manager to ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to and monitored closely
- Assist in continuous improvement projects

**Qualifications & Training**
- Educated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English _(min. Grade 4, previously Grade C)_
- Business Administration certificate

**Experience**
- Demonstrable administrative experience in a demanding work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of business compliance

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £26,624.00-£28,080.00 per year
