Compliance Associate, Cambridge
- To assist the Head of Compliance in the management of all corporate compliance and assurance work. _This will include, monitoring existing processes and ensuring the adherence to robust and efficient _controls including anti-bribery and corruption and anti-slavery and human trafficking. The Compliance _Associate will be expected to independently deliver targeted training and ensure all associated third _parties are onboarded and monitored in line with AVEVA’s policies and processes._

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out Due Diligence using AVEVA’s existing platforms on all associated third parties in APAC
- Clearance of potential matches and red flags arising through both direct and indirect compliance checks
- Handling compliance queries/clarifications.
- Monitoring Gifts & Hospitality
- Coordinating and delivering mandatory e-Learning modules
- Escalating red flags to the Regional Compliance Officers and Senior Trade Compliance Counsel
- Monitoring the Compliance inbox
- Coordinating regular administration of the G&H and COI portals and updating the Business on changes to Modern Slavery risks.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced Compliance Professional
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build rapport and relationships
- Must always display integrity and moral courage
