About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead changes, updates and enhancements to our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce core architecture, customisation and administration, including validation rules, workflows and data modelling.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage Salesforce to align technology with our business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering real value. As a Senior CRM Systems Manager, you will oversee implementation and ensure smooth CRM operations by working closely with development teams, delivering timely and impactful updates. Support compliance and security by managing access controls, data governance and maintaining system integrity through best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on changes, updates and enhancements to our Salesforce CRM platform
  • Manage system migrations and customisations that align with Cambridge's strategic goals
  • Collaborate across teams to gather and prioritise requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to guide platform enhancements

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core architecture, customisation and administration
  • Strong project management experience, with a background in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or the Atlassian suite
  • Great experience in the use of Salesforce to support globally distributed sales teams as well as other customer onboard and information management functions
