About the Role:

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. This includes leading technical design sessions, architecting and documenting technical solutions, analysing complex systems, and troubleshooting system issues.

You'll work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to create comprehensive and cohesive working solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions.
  • Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT solution development.
  • Experience with multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends.
  • Knowledge of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
  • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
