**Job Overview**:
Arm's Application Engineer team is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud developer to help evolve the platform for service users. You will support Applications Engineers in their day-to-day activities to get the very best from Service Cloud. You will build and deliver Salesforce solutions that integrate into the wider Arm Salesforce platform and service the needs of a highly capable and customer-focused Support team. Together we will ensure that Arm Partners build the best products based on Arm IP and Arm's support function remains responsive and world-class.

**Responsibilities**:
Working in the Application Engineering organisation, you will work with IT Architects, other Salesforce Admins and Developers, and most importantly with business stakeholders to move Arm's Service Cloud implementation to the next stage of its development. You will work with the business to define and improve new workflows and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Arm's Support function. You will work with Arm's Salesforce Platform team to develop configuration, Flows and other improvements to release through Copado.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience building and delivering Salesforce Service Cloud configurations
- Salesforce certified Platform App Builder
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, flows, custom views, dashboards and reports and other content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in supporting a range of customers, including senior colleagues within Arm
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology including the de-facto Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with web development technologies and an understanding of a broad range of web technologies
- Knowledge of database programming
