Currently, they are going through a large Salesforce implementation worth millions of pounds and are looking to build a brand new Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Salesforce solutions utilising Apex coding and Lightning Web Components
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Optimize existing Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to support complex workflows.
  • Maintain and Upgrade existing codebases to stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (SOAP, REST, APIs).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce core clouds such as Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
