Job Description

The position we are recruiting for is a Salesforce Developer, responsible for implementing Salesforce from scratch and driving business growth through effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored CRM solutions.
  2. Provide Customised Solutions: Utilize the Salesforce platform to deliver bespoke solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Communicate Effectively: Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and technicians to ensure seamless participation in all development phases.
  4. Develop Implementation Timelines: Create and manage implementation schedules to ensure timely delivery of CRM solutions.
  5. Ensure Architecture and Infrastructure: Implement agreed architecture and infrastructure to meet the scope of Solution Design phase.
  6. Train Junior Developers: Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to upskill and share Salesforce knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  2. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Salesforce IDE, proficiency in database scripting languages like MySQL, Apex, Native, and VisualForce, intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C#, and intermediate knowledge of APEX coding standards.
  4. Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with different tools of Salesforce IDE.
