Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions.
  • Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to development teams.
  • Work closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive solution.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT solution development.
  • Exposure to multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends.
  • Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful but not required.
  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.
