Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our customer interaction function, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business and technology change.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into architectural blueprints to achieve business objectives.
  • Assess technology and identify deficiencies in the current-state solution portfolio.
  • Apply technology to lead the evaluation, design, and analysis of solutions architecture across customer interaction and associated business applications.
  • Provide deliverables like high-level design and low-level designs against AVEVA's standard definitions and architecture designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline.
  • Exposure to multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments, specifically around customer interaction technologies.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and their practical application to new business models.
  • Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful but not required.
  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences.
  • Essential experience in design and solutioning of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Broad experience of other customer interaction solutions and technologies.
  • Good understanding of various database technologies.
  • Data savvy with knowledge of integration, network, and security aspects of technology architecture.
  • Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with developers.
