About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a seasoned CRM expert to join our team as a Salesforce Architect. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to leverage your expertise in Salesforce to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading changes, updates and enhancements to our Salesforce CRM platform, managing system migrations and customisations that align with our strategic goals. You will also collaborate across teams to gather and prioritise requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to guide platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on changes, updates and enhancements to our Salesforce CRM platform
  • Manage system migrations and customisations that align with Cambridge's strategic goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce core architecture, customisation and administration
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or the Atlassian suite
  • Proven track record of using Salesforce to support globally distributed sales teams and other customer onboard and information management functions
