**About the Opportunity**
The Inbound Sales Team Lead is responsible for developing and nurturing a successful small team of Sales Development Representatives. Leading a team who are solely focused on generating qualified pipeline through our sales funnel. This individual is responsible for their team’s productivity and performance to achieve maximum impact on company results. This position will report to the Sales Manager, Inside Sales (Inbound).
As a successful Inbound Sales Team Lead you will be required to:
- Support the Sales Manager, Inside Sales (Inbound) to Hire, onboard and train new team members successfully and at a rapid pace.- Have a continuous focus on developing the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.- Using the inbound call and marketing channel data to understand and improve conversion rates and ways of working.- Able to pivot and adapt to business changes with ease and then have the ability able to quickly mobilise the team to do the same.- Continuously driving the team’s answer rate.- Manage and improve the quality of the lead flow process and pipeline created.- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, performance management and team collaboration.- Lean in to cover team holiday and support during peak business periods- Aligned with our WW values, using these to create a strong team culture and team internal brand.- Building strong cross functional relationships, with our Leasing teams, Growth ops, Marketing, and Community teams, collaborating to drive revenue.
**About You**
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree- 1+ years of experience as a manager of SDRs or an equivalent sales role, leading a team made up of individual contributors.- 4-6 years of sales experience or a equivalent customer facing roles- Demonstrable experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment- Track record of driving sales performance and growth via increased telephone activity- Experienced in ‘Managing by the numbers’ with a consistent track record of exceeding daily/weekly activities- Ability to think strategically and act tactically- Customer-first mentality and approach- Experience in sales forecasting highly desirable- Consistent record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor- Strong knowledge of automation platforms and CRM, specifically Salesforce- An additional language skill is a plus
