You will be responsible for assisting with the design, delivery and implementation of a new pay framework and supporting a whole organisational job evaluation review. The role involves working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure solutions are designed to meet the needs of the organisation.

You will also be responsible for collating and analysing information and producing data and reports to inform decision-making and delivery of the pay review.

You will have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders and negotiate and influence at all levels. With an ability to think and act strategically, you will have excellent written communication skills and experience of collating and analysing data to inform decision-making. Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage competing demands and deliver to challenging timescales are also essential.

You must be qualified to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience. Applicants must have CIPD Chartered Member status or equivalent experience.
