**The role**

**The person**

You’ll have a can-do attitude, embrace change, strive for continuous improvement and be focused on doing the right thing, so we deliver positive outcomes for Gateshead Council, our people, our customers and our partners. You’ll possess high levels of resilience, be adaptive, have a creative mindset and be willing to collaborate with others and work in partnership. You’ll be expected to provide advice, guidance and support to your colleagues using your effective, clear and concise communication skills. You’ll build sustainable and trusted relationships quickly, have experience of working at this level currently and enjoy a rewarding challenge. We’re looking for someone who loves recruitment and who has the ability to navigate change while bringing others on the journey with you.
