You'll play a key role in the HR team, leading on the development, design and implementation of the Council's approach to recruitment and talent sourcing, while providing high quality recruitment advice, coaching and guidance to the HR Team and recruiting managers.

You'll possess high levels of resilience, be adaptive, have a creative mindset and be willing to collaborate with others and work in partnership.

You'll build sustainable and trusted relationships quickly, have experience of working at this level currently and enjoy a rewarding challenge.
