Reporting to the Quality Manager, it will be the role of the Quality Administrator to compile, maintain, file and distribute documentation both internally and externally.


Responsibilities:

  • Compile material test certificates daily and distribute to the relevant customers
  • Manage the daytoday activities relating to outsourced testing activities.
  • Advise on urgent testing requirements to other department members to ensure certificates can be completed on time.
  • Maintain QMS documentation in line with organisational procedures.
  • Distribute quality data and reports to corporate stakeholders per defined schedule.
  • Participate in internal audits, contribute to the development of preventative / corrective actions.
  • Integrate fully within the QHS&E department ensuring all individual administrative needs are catered for

Requirements:

  • Evidence of previous experience working within a similar role and administrating a QMS system would be desirable but not essential
  • A sound knowledge of managing information which included gathering, recoding and reporting where required
  • Internal Auditing experience would be an advantage
