Administrative Support Specialist

Position Overview:
As a key member of the team, the Administrative Support Specialist will report directly to the Product Line Manager. This role is essential for managing and processing customer inquiries, quotes, and orders through our integrated ERP and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring timely processing and adherence to internal KPIs.
- Utilize your existing administrative expertise while enhancing your sales acumen by analyzing trends in quotations and orders to assist the team in boosting conversion rates.
Compliance and Standards:
- Uphold all company policies related to health and safety, quality assurance, and workplace organization.
Qualifications:
- Secondary school level proficiency in Mathematics and English.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
