As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.
- Administer medication and perform general administrative duties, including housing management tasks.
We are looking for individuals who possess a 'can-do approach', person-centred values, energy, and commitment. While relevant experience is valued, it is not essential. What is crucial is a strong work ethic, duty of care, and ability to contribute to a positive team approach.
