Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Office Management: Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Event Planning: Assist with event planning and coordination, including preparing materials and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with proofreading and editing documents, ensuring that they are accurate and of high quality.
  • Team Support: Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.
