**Membership Sales Consultant**

Burn It Fitness is a well established fitness business supporting the local community with their health and wellness. With the rapid growth of the business in recent years, we are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a dedicated sales executive.

We have a private fitness studio situated in **Blackheath Standard (SE3)** as well as outdoor and online sessions for our members - with outstanding instructor-led classes sessions 7 days a week. At Burn It, we pride ourselves on our high standards, providing our members with a personable, professional and hands-on service at all times. Burn It Fitness is just the place for anyone looking to offer their sales skills as part of a wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and dynamic team.

The sales role will require you to qualify new leads, book and carry out consultations and to reach sales targets. You must be equally confident with prospects on the phone, for online sales calls or for face to face sales. As a public face of the business you will be required to contact prospects, match them to appropriate memberships and ultimately sign them up as members.

In the long term, there's room for growth into other areas of the business.

**Key Requirements**:

- A proven history of working within a high-quality sales environment, ideally from within the health and fitness world.
- Have a natural sales focus and are target driven with a desire to achieve
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Take pride in where you work
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care for supporting others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- PC literate
- Contacting leads/pre qualification calls/booking in consultations
- Carrying out consultations/conversions/sales
- Day to day tasks will require the use of Excel, Mindbody CRM, Active Campaign, Asana
