**Membership Advisers/Sales Consultants - Anytime Fitness Mill Hill**

Anytime Fitness is the world’s largest 24-hour gym chain, with over 4500 sites worldwide and over 200 in the UK. Our network is expanding and we seek enthusiastic, highly motivated Membership Advisers/Sales Consultants with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness at our exciting and well established club. **The role**

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be an ambassador for Anytime Fitness and have a proven track record of successfully working in a high quality service or sales environment, enjoy working to target and delivering on a consistent basis. You will thrive in a structured sales-driven working environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. You will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. It would be advantageous if you have already worked in sales within the fitness industry.

**You will have specific responsibility for**:

- Prospecting for new members and dealing with new sales enquiries
- Utilising systems and procedures to help achieve sales targets
- Managing appointments, conducting facility tours and closing sales
- Growing corporate membership through meetings and presentations
- Database management to aid member retention
- Development and promotion of the club and brand
- Assisting in the development of a welcoming and friendly culture within the club
- Operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the club
- Adherence to health and safety requirements

This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours. Exact working hours to be determined, but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. You will receive a competitive salary, together with an excellent commission structure and genuine prospects to progress in this rapidly expanding brand.
