We are recruiting a motivated Sales consultant, with a passion for fitness and wellbeing to join the team at a leading provider in Central London, who are in the process of opening 5 more sites.

- Salary: £29,000
- Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
- Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
- Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
We are looking for a proactive individual with an eye for detail and a desire to help with business development.
As Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the retention of existing clients, and the onboarding of new, working closely with Management and the Coaches.

- Studio Director/General Manager
**The Role...**
- Ensure maximum profitability of the studios.
- Assessing sales opportunities, for month by month growth.
- Monitor and track all membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by using the systems provided.
- Help develop the Sales Strategy, inclusive of the website, socials and campaigns, staying up to date with the latest competition & trends across the industry.
- Identifying new sales opportunities, e.g. Local Events, Corporate Events and Discounts.
- Following up on new client leads creating a clear tracking system.
- Being aware of market trends and competitors.
- Raising the company profile by attending expositions and networking events.
- Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
- Promoting/Training of the correct sales culture across the business.
- Ensure all staff (Management, Wellness Consultants) are fully briefed on any new services, promotions, or campaigns.
- Help educate team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing sales and retention opportunities.
- Conduct detailed tours of the space at the beginning of every shift and during shift, ensuring all facilities and services are operational and well maintained. All non-compliances are to be reported to the Studio Director/General Manager.
- Maintaining good relationships with all staff.
- Help write reports and analysing relevant business data for the Sales role.
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
- Presenting findings to the Studio Director/General Manager.
- Complying with regulations and laws of business development.

- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- A confident and clear communicator.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well presented with good written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic team player and contributor.
- Confidence to deal with members and senior level managers on a daily basis and able to work on your own initiative.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
