**Responsibilities**:
**Research and Prospecting**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential members within the target market. Utilise various online and offline resources to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

**Pitch Calls and Presentations**: Arrange and conduct effective pitch calls and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of The Developers Club. Clearly communicate membership benefits and address any concerns or questions potential members may have.

**Membership Acquisition**:Drive the process of acquiring new members by guiding them through the sign-up process. Maintain a deep understanding of membership packages and benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential members.

**Membership Onboarding**:Guide members through the stage one on boarding process i.e. complete onboarding forms, submit relevant documents and sign contract.

**Relationship Management**:Cultivate strong relationships with potential members throughout the sales process. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries promptly, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding set sales targets and goals. Monitor progress regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.

**Market and Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the property and membership industry. Utilise this knowledge to refine sales strategies and approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve set targets.
- Ideally, some experience or knowledge of the property industry or real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Proven track record of successful sales, including prospecting and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional note taking, organisation and time keeping.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships with high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

**Role Specifics**:

- **Base Pay**:£40,000
- **OTE**:£100,000+
- **Days**:Monday - Friday
- **Hours**:8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (aside from event days)
- **Location**:Mayfair

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
