Job Introduction
We are excited to be recruiting for a **Helpdesk Operative** to join our Rapport team in our client’s offices in the City of London, only a few minutes’ walk from the Monument underground station**. **Our client is a global technology-empowered active investment management firm, and you will play a crucial role in building sustainable relationships with our client, tenants, and other key stakeholders.

**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility as per client’s needs._**

**Main responsibilities**
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients
- Assisting in compiling the monthly facilities management report
- Placing purchase orders via the client-approved system
- Supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
- Covering the helpdesk functions on a daily basis
- Following-up with internal and external stakeholders responsible for outstanding works requests on the helpdesk
- Monitoring and recording the feedback of site operatives to helpdesk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service
- Assisting with the administration of subcontractors and suppliers

- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Be innovative, adaptable, flexible, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office software/package, and possess strong IT and business administration skills
- Possess excellent communication, time management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
- Have at least one year of customer service experience in a five-star establishment (e.g., hotels, airlines, corporate)
