**Job Details**:

- Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator
- £35,000 - £40,000* Depending on experience
- Full time, permanent
- 09.00am - 17.30pm
- City of London - Fully office based

**Duties**:

- Carrying out spot checks to ensure the building and office is running smoothly
- Logging requests that are made by contractors
- Tracking and ordering stock
- Setting up meeting rooms and audio equipment
- Ensure the maintenance follows policies
- Supporting with maintenance a number of residential properties
- IT Troubleshooting tasks
- Light office maintenance work throughout the building

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience within a facilities and maintenance position previously
- Some experience with maintenance for residential properties would be ideal
- Someone who is proactive, able to work well within a team and individually
- Someone with a positive and ambitious approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- IOSH qualification would be desired
