Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Data entry and clerical skills are required
