**Office & Recruitment Administrator**
A new and exciting opportunity to participate in the onboarding of our growing team and provide support to one of our key specialist teams. This is a dual role and so you will need to be very organised, able to manage your workload and thrive in a busy environment.
Venture People provide specialist mental health support to vulnerable clients across East and West Sussex. Our services are experiencing increasing demand and rapid expansion in both personnel and client engagement. We are therefore seeking an extremely efficient and organised individual to join the team to provide support in two of our key teams.
The Discharge and Outreach Recovery Service (DORS) provides essential services at the point of hospital discharge, or as a prevention to admission, and enables clients to be rapidly supported with a 48hours turnaround from point of referral to support beginning. The extensive KPI reporting, coordination of the team, supporting rota production and ensuring the accurate storage and production of client files forms an essential part of this key role in this specialist service.
Our Recruitment Service ensures the effective onboarding of our new starters across the whole business, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy in terms of references, right-to-work checks and the administration of DBS checks. The role is varied and demanding with company growth fueling an increase in activity. You will engage with hiring managers across the company whilst quickly developing excellent relationships with new starters, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Whilst we will provide training there are some key skills and experience which will form part of the selection process:
- Minimum of GCSE education level, displaying excellent communication skills both electronically and in person
- Excellent understanding of GDPR and confidentiality principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to manage their workload and pivot between team requirements.
- Able to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Industry specific knowledge would be desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
