Our digital remit exists to advance the delivery of integrated health and social care locally and throughout Scotland and to enable and support delivery of transformational plans within NHS Fife. We want to empower our staff and service users by supporting them through digital developments that will support positive health outcomes.

Clinical systems are crucial in the delivery of healthcare, and this role will play an important part in implementing a range of new systems and upgrades. Along with your work within Digital Projects, you will be engaging and working with the operational teams and multiple clinical areas. Your Study

You will also spend one day per week studying on the University of Dundee’s Graduate Apprenticeship Programme, where you will work towards achieving your BSc (Hons) IT Management for Business over the course of four years. This forms part of your working week and your workload will reflect this for the duration of your participation on the Programme.

In addition to the one day per week at university, there is the expectation to undertake an average of 7-9 hours of additional University study per week (outside of your contractual hours) to successfully complete the Programme.

You will be required to fully engage with the requirements of the University of Dundee’s Graduate Apprenticeship Programme. Failure to do so will / may result in the termination of your employment.

Prior work experience will also be taken into consideration and the role is open to anyone who meets the requirements above.
