Anderson Knight is recruiting a HR Coordinator for our client based in Glasgow for a 6 month fixed term contract basis with hybrid working. In this position you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processing, contributing to the effective delivery of a high quality, professional HR service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support with the administration of the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from new starts to leavers.
- Coordinate employment checks for new starters and regulated staff.
- Generate offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines throughout onboarding and employment.
- Organise HR inductions and coordinate with IT for smooth onboarding processes.
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate processing of employee pay.
- Handle absence related queries and support the probation and performance review processes.
- Respond to telephone and written enquiries, including reference and mortgage requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Team player with experience in supporting colleagues.
- Focus on continuous improvement and willingness to contribute to change.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
- Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks to support company objectives.

**Professional Experience and Qualifications**:

- CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in HR admin roles
- Experience with HR systems.
